At your first visit a thorough examination will be carried out and your dental surgeon will ask you for a full medical history. Treatment alternatives will be discussed with you, after which further appointments will be arranged.
Please allow as much notice as possible if you cannot keep your appointment so we can offer it to someone else. If less than 24 hours notice is given there may be a charge.
By being registered you will be entitled to emergency cover including out of hours. By calling the practice out of hours you will be provided with details of who to phone.
Private dental payment plans are available, please ask for information. Certain benefits will entitle you to free treatment, for example income support or tax/pension credits, please ask for details.
We accept all major credit and debit cards along with cash.

The practice is situated in Penicuik centre, car parking is available outside and these is a regular bus service. Our practice is situated on two levels, the lower level is suitable for disables access as no steps are involved.
